Tampa, Fla. -The Fifth Annual Cigar City Criterium and Street Festival will once again bring cycling excitement to the streets of Tampa’s Downtown. Amateurs and professionals from across the country will compete in urban high-speed short course races known in cycling circles as a “Crit.” What: Fifth Annual Cigar City Criterium and Street Festival
When: Saturday, March 16, 8am to 9pm (Lykes Square activities from 4pm to 8pm)
Where: In and around Lykes Gaslight Square Park, 410 N. Franklin, Downtown Tampa
While the athletes compete in all-day races, the street festival will be in full swing. Spectators can watch the competition, enter the 3k foot race, visit the Sports, Health and Wellness Expo, enjoy a Cigar City Brewing “Criterium Ale,” exclusive to the event, and more.
Participants can ride their bikes to the event to take advantage of the free bike valet parking and bike safety check. And Prime Viewing VIP ticketsare still available right at the start/finish line.
