The National XBall League Announces Historic Stadium Takeover at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida

Tampa, FL — The National XBall League (NXL) is set to make paintball history with the NXL Stadium Takeover, a full-day celebration of the sport taking place March 19, 2026 inside Raymond James Stadium as part of the kickoff to the 2026 Tampa Bay Open.

For the first time ever, paintball will take over the home of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, transforming the iconic stadium into a one-of-a-kind venue for professional competition, community engagement, and celebration of the sport.

The Stadium Takeover is free and open to all attendees, giving fans a rare opportunity to step inside one of the NFL’s most recognizable stadiums and experience paintball from a completely new perspective.

The day’s schedule will feature a full lineup of activities, including:

• Pro X-Ball 3v3 East Tournament

• Pro X-Ball 3v3 West Tournament

• WNXL 3v3 Finals

• Amateur 3v3 Finals

• Paintball tech and educational classes inside the stadium

• The 2025 Summit Awards Show, celebrating the athletes, teams, and innovators who shaped the past season

• Pro X-Ball 5v5 Games to kick off the 2026 Tampa Bay Open

 The marquee professional matchup happens at 7:00 PM, as hometown powerhouse Tampa Bay Damage faces international contender Red Legion in a special stadium showcase game.
