Description: The Florida State Fairgrounds is a 330-acre complex conveniently located off of I-4, I-75, and Highway 301. Whether you are planning a consumer trade show, convention or elegant wedding, the Fargrounds has the location, service and experience to make your event a complete success! The venur consists of 330 acres of land in the heart of the bustling Tampa Bay area and is the home of the Florida State Fair. It features many different facilities that can host a multitude of events from special interest shows and conventions to educational tours and headline entertainment.

The Expo Hall features 88,000 square feet of exhibit space and usable floor under a 45-foot ceiling. This area can be extended to 140,000 square feet by using the adjacent Entertainment Hall, which boasts a 36-foot ceiling.

The Charles M. Davis Special Events Center houses 40,000 square feet of usable space as well. A folding acoustical wall can also divide the space into 15,000 and 24,000 square feet sections under a 45-foot ceiling.

The renovated Bob Thomas Equestrian Center features a 3,000-seat indoor arena, three show rings, Grand Prix ring and 9,000-square-foot pavilion, which makes it the perfect venue for equestrian events.

The Charlie Lykes Arena is a 72,000 square foot complex, while the Entertainment Hall is a grand 52,000 square feet.

Additionally, the Fairgrounds boast more than 16,000 lighted parking spaces and more than 200 camping spaces with full hook-ups. It also features six restrooms; 12 permanent concession stands and two first ad stations. The lighted complex sits on 319 acres. Some additional amenities include the Waterfront Café, the Pavilion, the Florida Center and Botanical Gardens, and many different outdoor locations on site.
